As we have received several emails regarding the attendance of non-presenters, we would like to clarify that non-presenters will be allowed to attend after paying an entrance fee. There are two types of entrance fees; Student and General Public.
Non-Accommodation Type
Foreign students will be asked to pay 40 USD to cover food and beverages costs during the conference, the cost of a certificate of attendance, and seminar kits.
Indonesian students interested to be listener in the conference can ask for conference fee waiver. Please send your request to chrm2@unej.ac.id
Non-student foreign participants will be asked to pay 50 USD to cover the cost of food and beverages during the conference, the cost of a certificate of attendance, and seminar kits.
Non-student Indonesian participants will be asked to pay Rp150.000,- to cover the cost of food and beverages during the conference, the cost of a certificate of attendance, and seminar kits.
Full Accommodation Type
Foreign students will need to pay 190 USD to cover the cost three nights in a twin share room in three-star hotel, local transport from the hotel to the conference venue, meals, a certificate, and various aspects of conference logistics.
Foreign non-student participants will be required to pay 200 USD to cover the cost of three nights in a twin shared room at a three-star hotel, local transport from the hotel to the conference venue, meals, a certificate, and other aspects of conference logistics.
Registration is mandatory to be enabled to attend the Sessions and the Conference events (Welcome Party, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, etc). To this end, it is mandatory to complete the registration and the payment process by the firm deadline of August 19, 2018.
