Work Experience

Project Officer at The Centre for Human Rights Multiculturalism and Migration (CHRM2),
University of Jember (August 2016 – present)

  • Project planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project
    objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines. Contribute to creating detailed project
    schedules and work breakdown structures, identifying tasks, dependencies, and resources
    required.
  • Stakeholder management: interact with project stakeholders, both internal and external,
    to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations. Facilitate effective
    communication between project teams and stakeholders, addressing any concerns or
    issues that arise during the project.
  • Budget and resource management: supporting the management of project budgets and
    resources. Assist in budget planning, monitoring project expenditures, and ensuring that
    costs are kept within approved limits. They may help with resource allocation, tracking
    resource utilization, and coordinating procurement activities as required.
  • Team support: provide support to researcher teams by facilitating collaboration, fostering
    a positive team culture, and addressing any team-related issues.

 

Education Consultant (B2C), PT. Quipper Edukasi Indonesia (January 2020 to May 2021)

  • Educational Planning: assist students in creating personalized educational plans based on
    their interests, abilities, and career aspirations. Guidance on choosing the right educational
    programs, courses, majors, or schools that align with the student’s goals.
  • Academic support: provide academic support services to students, such as tutoring, study
    skills development, or test preparation guidance. Identify areas where students may need
    additional help and provide strategies to improve academic performance.
  • Educational program evaluation: Education consultants assess the effectiveness and
    quality of educational programs or institutions. Conduct research, collect data, and
    analyze educational outcomes to provide recommendations for improvement.

    Every month, I volunteer to teach children ages 5 to 7 years old how to read and write
    in Bahasa in rural districts in Jember.
