On Friday, February 1st, 2019, CHRM2 and UNEJ hosted their 2nd monthly “Ring the Bell Ride” around the University campus. This Go Green Campaign doubled its previous participants, welcoming over 100 riders that gathered at the University’s Stadion.
Did you know that riding a bicycle can help cut down carbon emissions by 11 percent? (Institution for Transportation & Development Policy) UNEJ’s Go Green Campaign fun ride hopes to demonstrate that riding bicycles around campus is an enjoyable and active way to lower our collective carbon footprint. Instead of using a vehicle like a motorbike or an automobile, try committing to riding a bicycle around campus instead!
