Nicolas Nishiyama Kitsutani (Research Fellow) is a Policy Science student at Ritsumeikan University, expected to graduate in September 2025. He strongly focuses on policy analysis, data analysis, and international relations. Throughout his academic journey, he gained diverse experience as a research assistant and organized international exchange events.
