Dian Abdul Hamed Shah is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Malaya and Postdoctoral fellow at the National University of Singapore. Her research focuses on constitutional law, comparative constitutional law, and human rights. Dian is currently completing her first monograph entitled “Constitutions, Religion, and Politics in Asia” (under contract with Cambridge University Press), which arises from her doctoral work at Duke. In addition, she also serves as the Deputy Editor of the Asian Journal of Comparative Law.
