Bahjah, also known as Ocha, is responsible for leading all research assistants, research fellows, and research team members in conducting fieldwork. She has demonstrated remarkable capabilities in time management, communication, and financial and administrative reporting. Currently, she is the project coordinator of the competitive research grant by the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN). Since joining the Centre, Ocha has been very active in legal and human rights trainings, conferences, and other academic events. Ocha holds a Bachelor degree in Law from the University of Jember in 2018, with a focus on child soldiers in internal conflict.
